DVDFab 8.1.0.7 Qt Beta is out: And Still CRASHES

Well nothing has changed DVDFab 8.1.0.7 Qt Beta crashes just like all the other QT versions.

I am assuming that the developer has decided to NOT fix the software and let the few users that have problems live with non-functioning software. It seems that this whole QT change over all started as a result of more profit - one platform for all (less need to make versions for other OS).

I have a Lifetime license for a product that is NON functioning & what seems to be NO concern or attempt to correct it. I have always recommended DVDFab in the past - no more.

If you would enlighten where it is still crashing except the settings crash?

These are key words of your speech. Think about it, if only few users have these problems, could that be a local problem, not universal issue with the software?
We all really want to help you, but without information and details we can't. Your frustration, anger and disappointment doesn't help us to help you. at all. Yea, we all got it - DVDFab doesn't work for you and you are pissed! Now what?

          Hi The_Tango
Please make sure that you are using the latest driver for your GPU

Also give my friend IPopov50's post a read through

You may also try to set all options to software and try again, to do this please Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes, and also uncheck Enable Lightning-Recoding restart Fab and try again.

One of the first suggestion I tried that didn't work.

Also give my friend IPopov50's post a read through

Have done this twice - didn't work.

Made no difference - Still crashes

Don't take my post/comments wrong, I'm just extremely frustrated that a great product has been turned into a non-functional product.

Please give me your machine specs and OS. Is it x64 or x86?
Here's how to find it out, in case you don't know:

                    View System Information window

                    1. Click Start, and then click Run.
                    2. Type winmsd.exe, and then click OK.
                    3. When System Summary is selected in the navigation pane, locate Processor under Item in the details pane. Note the value.
                      • If the value that corresponds to Processor starts with x86, the computer is running a 32-bit version of Windows.
                      • If the value that corresponds to Processor starts with ia64 or AMD64, the computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows.
