Problem with Soul Surfer and Rio. Please HELP!

Thanks to CBR929 for helping me get the 8 qt started in another thread, however, I am having problems now with Rio and Soul Surfer. When I insert the discs into the drive, I get the loading window forever! It says:

"Changing hybrid disc layer type: SOUL SURFER (or RIO)"

I have "ALWAYS enable Path Player" checked.

Please help,

The logs do not tell me much because they are not complete burn logs.
I do not know much about the Hybrid Disc Layer pop up you are receiving. Sorry
Please give this a try Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > General > make sure Check for DMA Automatically is Checked and also Click the Reset DMA to the right click OK and restart Fab to see if it will recognize your disc now..

Hi Atreyuu2003,

Did you also have DVDFab Passkey running in the background? Please right-click the DVDFab Passkey system tray icon and make sure the "Run DVDFab Passkey at window starup" option is unchecked. Do not start Passkey, just run DVDFab 8.1.1.2 to see if you can load this movie correctly.

I did go back and install 8.0.8.5, and it worked perfectly. I'll await a fix on those qt updates.

Through a pm with Atreyuu2003 on another matter, I suggested going back a few versions to try again, they found that 8085 was able to do Rio.
