    Can't get movie to copy, keep getting error message. Please help. Thanks.

    Nevermind

    Decided to wipe down the disc and now it works perfectly. Geez, I just bought the darn thing, you wouldn't think it required cleaning. Oh well.

      I have found that sometimes even a brand new disc has an invisible to the naked eye film on it that must take the shine off it so much it can't read. Anyway yes after cleaning a new disc that won't copy you will usually get a successful burn.
