    Failed to burn

Using DVDFAB 8.1.1.2 and 8.0.8.5. All I get when I try to burn a dvd is the Failed to burn tag. No matter what I try that is all I get. Please help...

    Burn DVD folder started: 09:07:50
    Burn DVD folder started: 09:08:27
    Task_2 failed! Error=111: 09:08:35
    Process failed!: 09:08:36

This only happened after fresh install of XP. Never had a problem b4.

A couple things: make sure you have DVD-5 selected if using a single layer blank, and check in common settings and make sure the write size for DVD-5 is no larger than 4472.
How to post the internal log

Thanks 90312. All was in order. DVD-5 was selected and was less than
4472. It was in the 4300 range. Still no joy........

        error 111 HWS_DEVICEBUSY 11 // Device is busy

Something is using the drive or has exclusive right to it.

              Hi brenda893,

Regarding your issue, you can try using Imgburn(freeware) as burning engine to burn again and see the result.

You can visit http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=33 to check the instructions on setting it up with DVDFab.

Is the problem appear in the same way with DVDFfab 8.1.5.2?
