Tried to select split and the application just shuts down. Happened on a Windows 7 32bit PC and a Windows XP 32 bit laptop. Have the latest download from today. Not sure if I can even split it.
I had the same problem, but being retired (and having nothing better to do) I finally managed to split the file but movie only. Try this.
1--Rip the full file using DVDFab.
2--Give it a run through the long-outdated (but still handy) DVDShrink but you have to select 'movie only'. You will need to change the settings in 'preferences' to DVD9. Run the end result through Fab set for Split. The resulting file will burn without a problem. Don't bother trying to run the full file through-- although DVD fab will appear to work and run the split, the file will not burn after.
3--Swear at the guy from Paramount who came up with this extra glitch.
