Burn Process

Just downloaded the latest update and cannot get program to burn. Had no problem before update.Even downloaded program to my other computer and get the same results.

It gives me a 111 error code.

What would make drives in 2 different computers be busy?

You could use ImgBurn as the burn engine, most likely you will get the same error there, but it will show you the name of the program/process that is using your burner and that should give you a clue on what to do to prevent it from being locked.

No, it couldn't because DVDFab are not involved in burn process at all. That's why there are three options for burner. ImgBurn being best choice by many

Maybe you should also update your OS from SP2 to SP3.
Please also do as Gummigutta suggested and install and use ImgBurn as your burn engine, you will find instructions in the link in my signature.
Your drive also has a firmware update and you will find it here

NOTE: If you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless.

I thank you all for your ideas. My only concern is why did everything work fine and as soon as I loaded the latest update it stopped? Does the latest update add something that wont let me burn to dvd?

Please Open ImgBurn > Tools > Filter Driver Load Order and post what is listed.
