im new so if i do something wrong please excuse me i have been using dvd fab for over a year at leat i think i started with 5 or 6 i am a paying member my computer had to be fixed so i had to redownload dvdfab 8.1.2.5 i go to back up the transformers movie and the sound folder is empty does anybody know what can be my problem i have tried multiple times and i am frustrated if you need me to post anything tell me where to find it because im not very knowledgable at this type of stuff thanks so much
