On Copy complete, why the dialog window?

When the copy process is done, a dialog pops up. It has an OK button and some text. What is the purpose of this dialog?

From a user interface standpoint, it serves little use. To get to the next copy process the user has to click twice, once on OK then on Finish. Why not just click Finish?

Is there some code behind it that is depending on the dialog?

The DVDFab team is out of the office due to a China holiday week. I can only tell you that your observation has been made before and the developers do not usually comment on why they make development decisions.
