Transformers: Dark Of Moon doesn't load

I have tried the newest version of DVDFab on two machines, neither machine is able to actually scan the new Transformers disc. The disc doesn't even show up in the source drop down. I can put older movies in and it is ok. It appears to be this particular disk.

I have tried to get around this by using PassKey which i can eventually get to rip full main movie, then i take the files and import into DVDFab..which it is able to read. But converting the movie appears to only do 1/2 the movie. It then jumps to complete. It is like it can't get past the double-layer boundary. Which i didn't think would apply to a digital rip?

In any case trying this on multiple machines, different drives, I can't get this disc backed-up in entirety.

This is all I see in the DVD fab logs. I think you can see it takes 5s to read the disc, which isn't right.

Actually, the common thread i have found is that my LG drives don't work. I have:
WH10LS30 and GH22LP21 drives in two different machines. Luckily the machine with the GH model is a laptop with a TSS DVD drive in it. I put the disk in that drive and it read just fine. I could then rip and burn using ImgBurn to 4.8GB disk.

My guess is that something might be broken with LG drives? I saw another post with a user having problems and they too had an LG drive.

Is it possible for DVDFab to stop working with certain drives?

      Hi,

Is it only the disc not read fine in LG drive? Other disc is also reproduced or not?

        Hi zerog449
Your logs show that you are using the free version of Fab and this disk is not supported yet or your registration key did not stick.
Please open Fab click ? click about, what does it say under the options you have purchased if not using the free version and you have a paid version.
