problems with the caller

Have tried this one several times with no success.
Every time it gets about halfway and then just appears to just stop never to finish.
not real sure what info is needed to help, but here goes.

Could be a bad disc.
Please install the latest version found here and give it a try
If still having problems post your new logs.
