burn engine

I do not know what my burn engine is. I assumed(yeah I know) that DVDFab was my burn engine. I cannot copy zookeeper. I downloaded the patch (or update) and still no luck. Can you help me please!!!!
When I burn a dvd all I ever use is clone. Is this the problem?

FYI:
DVDFab does not have a burn engine it has the option to use VSO - Nero or Imgburn as the burn engine.

VSO is the default burn engine.
