having trouble with the hangover

hi , i have the free version and it wont copy THE HANGOVER , i tried three times , and i always get an error message, and i click ignore and it does nothing. Can ayone help me , i would sure apreciate it , many thanks.

If it's "Retry, Ignore, Abort" error message, then you might have a defective disc. I've come across that issue alot. I usually try to get another copy of the original and try again.

Hi there,
Please go to Common settings page, DVD/Blu-ray->Read, select "Ignore all reading errors automatically" and try it again.
