Copying non-DVD files from ISO image

I have some DVD ISO images that I want to create customised versions by dropping a few things out (trailers before menus mostly). If I open the ISO image in DVDFab the checkbox to copy non-DVD files is missing. But if I first mount the image to a virtual DVD Drive and open the drive in DVDFab then the checkbox is available and the customised backup works with the non-DVD files being copied as well.
This occurs on ISO images for multiple DVDs so I don't think the problem is the source images.

Is there an option somewhere to get the checkbox to reappear or is this a little bug.
