Will not open smurfs

Tried new update8136 w/ and w/o pathfinder . W/ path finder will not open =errors tried abort and etc . will not open . w/o pathfinder just keeps running open source . Did not try just movie yet . Would like full disc .

Hello, go here for FIX. Seems to work when you follow either my steps or another, but from what you are saying, I would first try my step.
