I can't even get it to open up this movie. It just sits there. Movie never shows up in the Source area. I just did other movies, so I know all is fine.

Every once in a while I have trouble with this. Never can get some to open.

Is it DVD? Is it external drive... Please provide more details

Yes, its a DVD. I'm using my laptop. Toshiba. No on the hard drive. My dvd drive that came with my laptop. Like I said, I've just done several others. This is the only one that I cannot get to "open".

I've rebooted a few times...nothing has seemed to work!

This appears to be a problem with the actual disk.

Where did you acquire the disk?

It appears poorly authored/burnt/produced.

Rental....

After I read your reply, I tried playing it in dvd player. NOPE, won't even play in it.

So after all that, the disc is just bad!

However, I have had that happen to me before on other disc, they will not open, just sits and spin, at least I think its spinning inside my computer.
