Rise of the planet of the apes

Unable to backup this movie which is not a Blu Ray disk. The only threads I found were Blu Ray related. I am in Region 1, using HD Decrypter on an XP SP3 system. With DVD Fab set to copy full disc, receives a read error (no code) during the initial first 60 seconds of ripping. I tried cleaning the disk, no help. Since this is a brand new disk, I decided to exchange it for another new one. The exact read error occurred again..I had tried a couple of attempts with each disk with no help. I also tried Vs 8.0.8.5 see log. Thanking all in advance for any assistance.

It seems that I have trouble remembering three months back. I guess that I can only contribute the problem to my elderly age. I am just letting you know what you can expect when you reaxch the golden plateau.
