DVDFAB will not get past open DVD Source screen

I am trying to rip Ghost of Girlfriends Past using the dvd to dvd option and the pop up window that you get that says opening dvd source and then goes away and allows you to hit the start button to start the rip, will not open the dvd source file and just keeps running. It works fine with other movies can someone please help me with this problem.

If Pathplayer is off, turn it on. If Pathplayer is on turn it off.
