    Can't burn

I've been experiencing problems burning some dvds. It takes more than 30 minutes to start burning. I thought it was my dvd burner until I tried it with a different one and I still have the same problem. Right now I'm burning one and it's been "burning" for over 10 minutes and it only has 0.14% done. Please help.

    Immediate reaction....

The media you are using (MCC-004-00) is crap.

You are burning way too fast at 16x. Try it at 4x, then 8x and see what the result is.

I reduced the speed to 8x and I'm still having the same problem.

        Hi dragongirl2010
Please try and install ImgBurn as your burn engine, with the link in my signature.

You are using Verbatim disc's which is good, but I am not sure if they are the AZO dye labeled ones, I think they are.

Remember to set up the AWS in ImgBurn and set your burn speed to 1/2 the rated speed of your disc.

        Hope this helps

I downloaded the imgburn but I keep getting an error everytime I try to run it. I followed the instructions on how to install it and it doesn't seem to work. Right now I'm using DVDFab burning engine and it seems to be working fine.

The error I get is "incorrect Function." I reinstalled it and still the same.
