Keep getting this message

Error while reading choose what to do

Retry Abort Ignor Ignore All

Got this message first when dvd copy was tyring to read the disc tried clicking each button just went back to reading the disc. After a few minutes it read the disc and then analysed the disc, then the disc started to copy and half way through the proceedure got the message again, so i stopped the process.

Has anybody got any ideas what i'm doing wrong.

I only get this type of error when the disc dvd/blu-ray needs to be repaired or cleaned.

Tried that but still getting the same problem its a four disc set, first disc copied without a problem second and third disc's keep getting the error message.
