I've Got The Same Problem

I've had the preview problem as well with the last few upgrades, so I went back to using V 8.1.3.2 which works on Windows XP. I use DVDFab 8.0.8.5, a pre QT version for most of my DVD copying, because the QT versions haven't been as stable on my computer as the older versions.

Many people have viewed this posting, so I assume we aren't the only ones having this problem. Hopefully, this issue gets addessed in the next upgrade.

I just tested on my XP laptop and the preview worked but was a little quirky. The only way it works is set to Direct Show; set to internal it crashes the program when I try to play the preview. In Direct Show the window doesn’t always show up until I click the blue bar under it a time or two?
