Commandline /CLOSE does not quit process, and /MODE uses licensed option

I'm using the DVDFab.exe commandline to automate ripping DVDs.

My commandline uses /CLOSE which should close DVDFab after the rip is completed. This closes the GUI but the DVDFab.exe process is still running in the background. It shows in Task Manager, and there's no way to connect to it so you have to manually kill the process using Task Manager.

If I run the commandline several times one after the other, mutliple DVDfab.exe processes are left in memory. After three or four iterations, the next DVDfab.exe hangs on starting. I have to kill all the processes and then run the commandline again.

Also, I'm using /MODE "FULLDISC" with the DVDFab HD Decrypter. When you use the GUI, a FullDisc copy is the free DVDFab HD Decrypter. When using the commandline it uses the licensed "DVD Copy" module which expires after 30 days.

Is it possible to specify to use DVDFab HD Decrypter via the commandline, rather than the licensed "DVD Copy" feature?
