8.1.6.8 - Cant backup Barbie in a mermaid tale 2

When I try to copy Barbie in a mermaid tale 2 I get an error on the read. I have tried cleaning it doesn't change. I can play the disc in a dvd player with no issues. Note I got further in this process using 8.1.6.3, 8.1.6.8 errors right away. (two logs found below)

Hi dcatcha
You can try turning off path player to see if that helps.
Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.

Or maybe try an older version 8.0.8.5 found here just under the download now button http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm

Update on movie

I tried 7.0.7.0 & 8.0.2.2
both get about 56% done then get an... It says:

Error while reading Please choose what to do.

I can try the other version, do you think it will matter?
