v8.1.7.3 locking pc after burn

Hello I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping I can get some help because support has not. I have the newest version of dvdfab it is able to copy the movie to hdd opens the videots/audiots location and ejects the disc and the freezes my computer totally. I have to reboot. I have win7 64bit and 32bit I believe. I just tried on my other laptop that runs xp and it did not lock up the pc. So I'm wondering if anyone can help before I have to ask for my money back. here is the last log

I uninstalled everything I could find and cleaned the registry of everything I could find and pc still freezes after copying dvd opening to documents, then audio/video ts files, ejects disc and 3 seconds later freezes whole computer.
