When placing Oliver & Company into the DVD drive, it keeps trying to read it and it cannot. Using v8.17.3Qt and DVDFab DVD Copy on Windows 7. I can play the movie just fine, but cannot copy it. Help?

Playing and copying is comparing apples to oranges.
Update to V8175 .
Have you cleaned the disk?
Are there scratches or marred areas on the disk?
Are you trying the Full Disk or Movie Only? -
Yep, playing and copying 2 different things, I get that. I was relaying that info to let you know the disc is not damaged. No scratches or anything of the sort...it is a newly purchased movie. I will upgrade to V8175, clean disc, and try it both full and movie only and let you know how it goes.Comment

A new release 8176 is out. Please try it.
What's more, please try disable or enable PathPlayer to open the disc. The settings is at common setting->DVD/ Blu-ray->PathPlayer.
