    Slow rip time

For some reason, after upgrading to V.8.1.7.8, the time it takes to create a back up disc has increased dramatically. I am posting the log from the last disc I backed up (Happy Feet 2) which took 45 minutes to copy. Can someone take a look at it and tell me if there are any changes I need to make to speed up my copy time? Thanks in advance.
