V8.1.2.7 Keep getting Error = 100 message for certain files

Hi

I have a load of DVDRs saved on my external hard drive some have been their for a while others have only been their a few months. For some reason when I try to burn the older files that have been on the hard drive for a while I keep getting this message

Task_1 failed! Error=100: 22:24:21
Process failed!: 22:24:22

It detects the writeable media then straight after that a message comes up saying "Process failed" then the error message posted above appears the files I have had on my hard drive for a few months burn no problem.

This only started happening a few nights ago

I am using Windows 7 OS
