      What's funny to me.. is that I know that I've installed the other version of the program... the one I listed above.

        You may have edited that version out. Check the timestamps with the vso burn log, the newest will always be at the top.
        Post the error code also making sure you have the newest version from the main page here.

          I see what I've done wrong... I have two versions of the program...
