Install locks up

For some reason, version 8201 won't finish installation. It locks up when it comes to Installing phase.

My system is WIN 7 ultimate 64 bit, Dell X502S. I don't know what else to give you.

This is the first time I encountered installation issues.

Where in the installation phase is it locking? When it's about to launch the DVDFab program?

When it is in the "Welcome to the DVD QT Beta Setup"

Click next to continue.

It locks up when I click next.

Update:
It's all good now. Installation successful after rebooting the computer and closing all running programs.
