I am trying to make a backup of the DVD movie Hanna, but nothing happens, the "opening DVD source" just keeps going and going. And then when I hit cancel DVDFab freezes up. I know it's not a bad DVD because it happened on 2 of them.

Many members have been disabling path player to get movies to open, you could try that.
Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.
Fab may also not read the disc correctly by doing this so check the movie by saving it to your Hdd first.
Are you also trying to compress this movie, if so your log indicates that your not registered correctly or that your subscription has expired.
If your using the free HD decrypter you will not be able to compress or burn.

No I'm not trying to compress the movie.
I disabled the pathplayer and DVDFab read the movie just fine. Saving the movie to my HD and will see how it playes. Thanks for the helpLast edited by iwuud2; 08-28-2012, 09:11 PM.Comment
