Yup... don't use DVDFAB to back-up your back-ups... ideally all the copy protection has been removed, and any competently written file copier can do the job. (i usually use the PRASSI copier - O.N.E.S)

I never try to back up a copy, you could try with Path Player disabled.
Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.
