Ever since I updated I cant burn discs

I just updated my subscription 2 weeks ago for DVDFab, sadly I can no longer burn discs that work in my DVD players for some reason. The discs work fine on my PC but not my DVD players, what am I doing wrong?

Will need more info before we can comment intelligently on this... (please attach your burn log ([B:]NOT[B:\] the whole file, and [B:]NOT[B:\] the 11 or 12 line log "headers" that everyone seems to accumulate), and the DVDFAB internal log that relates to a problem disk, in your next post.)

Can I still download the log if I just up load it to my NAS? I have a boxee box and usually just use that for all my movie back ups. I tried watching a freshly uploaded movie to my Boxee and it played the first 20 minutes or so and than kicked me out.

I just tried the DVD disc I burned again and it will not work on my DVD player but works fince on my PC. When I burned it, it showed no issues and the process went perfectly. What is strange is that before I updated my DVDfab to handle Hunger Games it all worked fine. Now I get a black "dos looking box" that pops up when it is either writing to a disc or my nas.

This update is still not working with the Safe Dvd.

              Hi SSCR
You were asked by DarthCopier to post your logs, please do as he said so that someone may help you.

                @SSCR,

You also have other posts on similar subjects and have never mentioned Nero.

Is this a PAID version or FREE version of Fab that you are using?

Get rid of the Nero crap and use ImgBurn and post logs when asked otherwise we can't help as my good friend CBR929 has said.

Here is the logs I think, I am computer stupid.

The biggest issue I have is before I upgraded to 8.2.0.5 (for Hunger Games which sucked) I could burn DVDs to play on my home DVD players (kids movies for the kids) and up load it to my NAS to watch on my humble home theater via my Boxee Box.

I will switch to Imgburn if that is better and can fix it.

Let me know what else I can provide, I have 3 logs here to show the attempts to burn to a DVD-R and upload to my computer. Maybe I just have to adjust my settings?

Is there a place I should click to make sure it burns for region 1? Never thought I had to do that before.

                  -Thanks!

Just did what you suggested and changed to Imgburn and used your tutorial. It works! Must be some setting or something with Nero but it's working fine now. Thanks

I did not suggest switching to ImgBurn, that is just a link in my signature.

Yikes, I just tried using it now to download to my C drive for my Boxee Box but Imgburn is stuck on "preparing image" and is not doing anything. Sorry I know I'm a PIA!

I put "ignor image break" since it is going a TB drive, seems to be working.
