          Had same problem

I had the same problem "burn process failed", and it wasn't the actual movie that failed it was writing the lead out which canceled the process. Made a few hockey pucks trying, but finally got it to work using Nero.

Same here. Ver 8.2.1.2 put the whole disc on DL with no problems. I get failure notices every so often. I have found that closing the program and restarting it, generally cures the failure messages.

Here is my log, I had this same issue with Thor when it came out. The full movie isnt being ripped. When I play it back the movie ends at the Nuke missile scene.
Let me know what I need to do. I think im running the latest software.

Maybe an unistall and reinstall will do it for you

I find sometimes and only sometimes when there's an issue with certain movies an uninstall and reistall with the latest version does the trick. Try that using a program called revouninstall. Its free and works great. Then a full disc copy should work just fine. Hope this helps. I've baced up my copy in full disc mode with no problems using 8.2.1.3. Again hope this helps.
                        Keep smiling.

But you shouldn't have to do that if the software is sound. Looks like this software is loosing the battle against the backup police. I can't even backup a backup i just made of The Avengers, Error=112. Well, it was a good ride, but every ride comes to an end sooner or later i guess.
