annoying imgburn dialog box

running a combination of fab 6.1.2.5 and imgburn 2.4.4.0. since installing this pair, when imgburn is launched for dvd5 writing, it brings up a dialog box

Content type: DVD
...additional details...

i must click OK for the process to continue.

how do i turn this box off? i'm sure there is a button for this in either fab or imgburn, but i've not been able to find it.
