Silent House - Can't even open it!

Here is my log. I tried before upgrading to the new version, and after, still cannot even get it to open up to copy! Just keeps spinning and spinning.

Can you see the disc content in windows explorer?

How do I see that? I'm not sure what your talking about?

I actually have this problem with alot of my DVD's that I buy! At least one out of every 4 or 5.

I've been using DVD Fab for years....and this has been going on for years. Never seem to get an answer as to why this happens.

Click the Start Button on taskbar & in the search box type 'Windows Explorer'. Look for your cdrom drive & see if the movie shows up as being inserted. Maybe put that on your taskbar for future use. very helpful. It looks like a manila folder

I had no issues copying movie.


Your problem could be bad discs or they might be dirty
