resident evil: afterlife

hey im using the new dvdfab dvd copy 9.003 beta and i am trying to copy resident evil: afterlife and it will not open. i have tried all three pathplayer options and all it does is spin. i checked the threads but there does not appear to be anything about this. this is my internal log if anyone can help i woul appreciate it.

hey mate have you tried dvdfab 8 not version 9 because i copied the movie just fine
