Passkey created iso with no problems, can view with vlc but when I try to burn I get the error code=4000 at 96.56% complete "Process Failed". Anyone know what this code means?

failed to copy error =4000
I use DVDfab to reduce size from dual layer to single layer. Lucky this was single layer to start so I burned with imgburn and was ok, but if dvd was a dual layer I would not be able to copy to hard drive as single then burn. Hope this makes sense to you.Comment
