Unable to open dvdfagb 6

I have the latest version of dvdfab6, which I just purchased the 13th of December 2009, and I have been unable to get it to open. I am using windows xp professional sp2. Has anyone had the same issue? Does anyone know why this is? I am not getting any error messages at all.

Where did you purchase DVDFab6 from? also you need to update to SP3 as DVDFab is configured to work with all Windows OS updates and an out of date computer could cause you problems
