dvd backup quality....help

i have a few question about dvd backup,which one i can use to save dvd movies on my external hd not losing any quality.Right now im using dvd copy with ts-folder but their is a chapter .i just want one small or big file movies no menu,no chapter that i can play to any device's

i have sony media player,xbox,ps3, tv with usb port ,and dvd player with usb port also. the ts-file was working great i mean fine ......

Best video format for Xbox

Hey guys,
I'm having the same issue. I want to make a copy of my ISO movie collection into an streamable file format for the Xbox, AppleTV, and iOS devices. So far all attempted conversions have yielded poor results in video quality when compared to the direct ISO copy.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a file format and conversion settings?
