    Can not Read "The Raven"

    Tried latest v8 and beta v9 can not read the disk. Thank You

    User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

          Hi dwfric
          Do not post the whole log, only the relevant part of the log is needed.
          Open the log in notepad and use copy and paste, and paste it here.
          The most recent log will be at the end of the log.

              Your receiving read errors, please clean the disc.
              You may also try disabling Path player to see if the disc is readable, this may leave out playable content.

                I examined the disk and some how in my efforts to read the disk in 3 different players a concentric blemish developed on the surface.

                Thank you all for your help. I did learn some things
