The first thing I see is that the log says your burner is dirty.
Do you have a can of compressed air you could try cleaning it with?

You are using a laptop with a matSHITa DVD drive/burner and they are the worst and most problematic to have. By yourself an external DVD drive for the burning part and your problems should be fixed. Also change to ImgBurn for the burn engine as well and lower the burn speed to 4X for those CMC blank media you have

Please don't take this personally, it simply is what it is.
Slimline drives are lousy for video archiving and Matshita drives are crap.
Your blank media (CMC MAG-M01-00) is not ideal (not recommended) for video archiving.

Definitely take Gruñón's advice and you can look for a firmware update, but Matshita support is generally poor or non-existent.

        Sorry.
If you're serious about this, get yourself an external burner.

Hi AGJ, didn't see you there...
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
