    Blank media ( Verbatim + R

    This version will not reconize Verbatim + R blank disk, starts to scan the disk for a second then shuts down, Ver 8QT works fine

    Yeah, you have to wait until it asks for a writable disc or it will crash.

        Ok Jimbo, I just leave the blank in the tray out until it asks for writable media and the push in the tray. work ok that way.

          OK that worked but that is a step backwards from 8QT as with 8 QT I load the movie in drive D and when it reads the movie I then load the blank in drive E and then start and walk away and come back when it's done, if I try that with ver 9 it crashes
