I found out what it was with me not being able to copy any DVD.I did not have a check mark on the copy video_TS, but the only thing now that it's taking to long to burn the disk and I also found the video_TS folder has the videos in it and it's working just taking to long to copy it.

I just found out that after waiting for the empty dvd to eject,it never burned any thing on it and the video_TS was there where it was suppose to be for it to burn it from.I waited 3 hrs for it to burn and did nothing.Any suggestions?The movie was in the correct video_TS for it to copy the movie.Oh another thing was that the video it put in the VIDEO_TS was in french not english.I also looked at my settings and everything is right. -
