Can't Burn ANYTHING All of a Sudden!!!

All ofa sudden I cannot burn anything...it copies fine and then when I go to stick a disc in it seems like it's going to burn and then it spots the disc out and says process failed...I have gotten different error codes, from 100, to 105 to 400... I have checked my E drive and it says my firmware is up to date and that it is working properly and then I tried DVDFab 9...and it's doing the same thing..plus it's crashing every time!! Is anyone else having trouble burning???
