Not able to select WS main movie

Hey all, trying to backup a few Disney dvd's that have both 4:3 and 16:9 on the disc (101 Dalmatian's, Pinocchio and Snow White) but I only see the 4:3 version in the list to select from ) DVD to DVD Customize.

I have just completed a few others that I was able to see both in the list and could select the 16:9 main movie, please help.

Did you try changing pathplayer settings to Always enabled or disabled?

Try turning Pathplayer off.

OK disabled path player and still no 16:9 main movie

are you sure it has both on the dvd? check it in your dvd player to make sure

Yes, made sure playing on my laptop...

It may be one "Anamorphic" title that adjusts when you choose how to play it???

Other than that, dunno!!!

OK sob....so I must have mixed up some of the discs LMAO...those 3 only have 4:3...grrrr
