Copy Problems

I am using dvdfab 6.2.0.5 ver. with Roxio Disc copier, I am using the cheap dvdr media disc to "back up" my dvd's. Currently I am unsuccessful burning Star Trek. I have downloaded freedvd to remove other ibu's ipo's etc. etc. still gives me errors when burning. can anyone explain or have recommendations

Also happens to Transformers 2, the only weird thing is that with dvdfab it only sees the entry of the movie and that is it!! no other files are there. why????
