Attempt installation, system completely crashes when the installer gets to "finishing installation." Also notice that the hard disk light stays on solid. Only thing I can do is hit the reset button. So, I have tried disabling Windows Defender, running as Admin & w/ various compatibility modes. Same results (also happens w/ 9.0.2.8).
