I have a new computer and want to use DVDFab to copy DVD to DVD. The process goes smoothly until I start to burn. I get an error that says DVD was not able to burn and it spits out a partially burned DVD. I don't know what to do to correct this and am not sure what type of burner I have. Please help!!!!

I'm also stumped on what drive you have, I THINK it's a LG in a Dell Desktop?
I can make some suggestions to try...
2009-12-20 18:34:26 Info Writing speed requested x8.0, effective x8.0
2009-12-20 18:34:25 Info Available write speed: 8x ,4x
2009-12-20 18:34:25 Info Media ID: MCC 03RG20
2009-12-20 18:34:25 Info Media type: DVD-R
You can try reducing your burn speed even though the media you are using is great or and I personally would do this is install ImgBurn (link in my sig) and watch Troy512's video (the first link in his post) on how to set it up with Fab. Watch it completely thru and set the AWS (automatic burn speed) per media id.
It may need a firmware update but not knowing the model drive makes that hard to figure out...I'll do some more research on it.

The only thing I can find on the drive is it is an LG Sata in a Dell laptop or notebook.
Is your new computer a laptop or notebook?
