    reading/writing error control

This is my first time posting on this forum, please excuse any ignorance. I've used DVDfab for years now and this is the first time I have had any problems. I've read a bunch of related posts and threads but none appear to be relavent.

I can play the DVD on my computer from the drive but when I try to back it up it starts the scan and then comes up with the "Reading/Writing Error Control" with the Retry Abort Ignore Ignore All options. I have tried them all and it tries to scan again with the same result each time until I Cancel, the scan.

    I updated to 6.2.0.5 11/11/2009 last night.

Below is the internal log text:

In some of the posts I read it was saying to change some settings. Within the program I don't see any of the settings the are referring to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
