This title is being a pain. Its a standard DVD, not Blue Ray. However DVD Fab 8.2.2.8 says it has 23.707GB, and thus gives me a 401 Error. My Drive recognizes it as a standard DVD at 5.28GB. The info file(s):

Pathplayer

So, it seems the issue was Pathplayer being disabled. With it enabled, the error message no longer occurred for me, at least so far.
