I get the following sdee attached picture note same discs I always use

Make sure the output is set to DVD5 and go into common settings and set the dvd5 size to customize @ 4472 and give a go.

I think the ripped file was a little too big to fit a single layer blank.

If you have ImgBurn installed I recommend it, but not required.

Good deal! I think I would use the DVDFab burning engine over VSO if those were my choices.
